The staff were helpful and friendly. the hotel had a good location, near leidseplein and museums. i especially appreciated the quietness and cleanliness of the room. It was a welcome retreat after a busy day.
i found the room a bit compact. the layout could have been better to maximize space.

The room was quite small. It felt cramped. noise isolation was poor. I could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms, difficult to relax. i also noticed the window was dirty, so it was unpleasant

The staff were friendly. The hotel was in a good location near Leidseplein and the museums, it was very handy. My room was quiet and clean. I felt at peace here.
The rooms are very small. We ended up living on top of our suitcases, not ideal. There were no wardrobes! It would be a much better place if the price was lower.

The hotel had a really central location, so transport was quite EASY.
The room turned out smaller than expected, almost TINY. There was mould in the shower, this was not great. Breakfast was disappointing. The food seemed microwaved and not very GOOD.

I thought the location was great. It was really close to the city center. There was also a tram stop close by. The room, however, should have been listed as tiny. Instead of small, it seemed like staying in a broom closet. There was not enough room to change your mind.
